"DUALITY" is a fashion editorial directed by Ben Easter. I enjoyed shooting this piece that tells a story and has some interesting flow and movement. As the DP on the project we had some interestign shots and angles. We shot on the 5d and 7d using a glidetrack and steadicam. I color corrected using Magic Bullet Looks in FCP. Shooting these fashion editorials gives us a chance to tell stories through only images which allows us to be a little more creative.

Erin Hall in her fishio editorial debut! She was fun to film and friend Ben Easter did a great job directing her in this 20's style shoot. We filmed at Ikonix studio and an old house in Sherman Hill downtown Des Moines. Thanks to Mary Kate Gayle who did her hair and make up. We shot on the 5d and used a Glidetrack for tracking shots. Also used a Nikon 50mm lens adapted for Canon.

Fashion Editorial video for DSM Magazine featuring model Todd Wical. The photo shoot was directed by Ben Easter in Des Moines. I shot this on Canon 7d with a 50 1.4 lens. I overcranked the footage and used a steadicam to create the imagery desired. Enjoy!

Shooting a treatment for a new TV show concept using the steadicam and featuring a glidecam. Using the Glidecam allowed me to create some tracking shots which adds to the visual imagery that looks cinematic. It creates some drama and tension in the shot which was desired.

"The CRY" is a short film about relationship and seperation.  I enjoyed shooting in this style.  Movements and adjustments added to the feeling of brokeness.  Shot on the 7d with an 85mm 1.4 gave us some great depth of field.  I scored the video which was fun!
